May we mourn at any time we need without resistance or judgment.
May our grief refresh and grow our rooted resilience.
May our tears nourish the seeds we have planted and spread like rippling water and curling waves that express the fierceness of our souls.
May righteous anger soften us more into a compassionate and tender drive to respect and look after all living beings.
May we remember the power we each hold within us and bring it into community.
May we drink from deep wells of hope and strength, filled by those who came before us.
May the presence of our ancestors who fought hard and loved hard be with us in the coming moments, days, months, years.
May we continue to awaken to and be guided by what is alive in us.
May we continue to inner-resource with gentle and soothing care.
May we strengthen our intuition with careful attention to safety- ours and others.
May we look after one another, knowing that essentially, you are me and I am you.
May we not forget we are the ones we need; we have agency to lift up our voices, our grief, our joy, our power, our sovereignty.
May we pour so much love- more than we think we need- into our communities, in service to ourselves and others.
May we allow all our love to grow wings.
May we continue to follow the sacred light within ourselves and those whom we are in solidarity.
May we be gentle with ourselves and have grace with all beings each day.
May we remember we can ask for help when the load feels too heavy to carry all alone as we may find ourselves available to help someone else hold it as well.
May we not be afraid to tap into the collective heart in which we take shelter from storms.
May we be surrounded and held in unconditional love.
May it be so.
